German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock met with her Chinese counterpart Jin Kang on the sidelines of a meeting of the foreign ministers of the G20 countries in New Delhi.

Reported from foreign media that she stressed the importance of compliance with the UN Charter.

She said that the supply of weapons or goods to Russia, which can be used for both civilian and military purposes, "will support an aggressive war that violates international law."

As a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China faces the task of defending world peace and not supporting an aggressive war that violates international law, she said.
