Bakcell has opened two new Customer Service Centers

The opening ceremony of two new Customer Service Centers of Bakcell was held on September 24 in the center of Baku.One of the two centers located at the address of U. Hajibeyov Street 48, nearby Sahil Garden, is specially designed for the Gold subscribers. The full range of services will be provided here for the corporate customers of Bakcell.The company’s Customer Service Center which previously was located at Nizami street 123 will be moved to the renovated Customer Service Center of Bakcell, which is known to the subscribers as the former “Sahil office”, and this center will become the biggest Customer Service Center of Bakcell so far. Bakcell has prepared a pleasant surprise for the subscribers visiting the newly opened biggest Customer Service Center of the Company. Thus, Bakcell will present its new “Alov” smartphone to every 100th subscriber visiting this Customer Service Center within the next 7 days after the opening day of the center.“Bakcell implements a variety of measures in order to improve the quality of services provided to its subscribers. To this end, we are expanding our service network as well. New service centers have started operating in different regions of Azerbaijan and in Baku over the last few months of the current year. The former head office of Bakcell was located near the “Sahil” subway station for many years, and our subscribers became used to it. Now, we are back to our historical place if I may say so.
