The main purpose of the ƏlfəCIN project is to promote and popularize the intellectual gaming movement, stimulate efficient leisure time activities of the youth, reveal their intellectual potential and help them gain achievements in education, as well as to ensure contribution of public and business sectors to the execution of the State Program on "Azerbaijani Youth in the years 2011-2015”. 

During the last year, Bakcell and Khazar Intellectual Youth Club have organized several intellectual gaming tournaments for youth and teenagers. Among such tournaments, we can particularly mention the Intellectual Games Festival (organized on annual basis), the Azerbaijan Cup, Azerbaijan Super cup, Intellectual Marathon Festival and others. 

Around 12 000 teenagers from 18 regions of Azerbaijan have participated in more than 15 intellectual gaming tournaments, organized within the frames of this project. Thanks to joint efforts of business, government and public sector, the ƏlfəCIN project has been introduced to a large audience and turned into an important social event in the area of youth education.
