Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry and clowdy on April 21, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 7 C - 9 C at night and 14 C - 18 C and in the daytime.
Strong northwest winds will blow.
