Unstable weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on April 3.

Temperatures will range between 2 and 5° C at night and 5 and 9° C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.Western winds blow. Snow is expected in mountains.  ANN.Az
