Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on Dec. 21.

Temperatures are forecast at 0-3°C at night and 6-9 °C in the daytime, according tothe National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology andNatural Resource.

Southwinds will blow. Fog is expected in some areas.
