Temperatures in Baku and Absheron peninsula are forecast to change between -4C and -6C degrees at night and -1C and -3C degrees in the daytime, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

Snow is expected in the Azerbaijani capital.
