Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry and sunny on Feb. 26.

Temperatures will range between 3 and 5°C at night and 6 and 10°C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.South-east winds will blow.ANN.Az
