Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly clowdy and dry on February 11, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains and fog are possible in some areas.
Temperatures will range between 2 C and 4 C below at night and 6 C and 9 C in the daytime.
