Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on February 25, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 0 C - 2 C at night and 5 C - 7 C and in the daytime.
North-east winds will blow.
