Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on January 10, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 1 C and 4 C below at night and 3 C and 6 C in the daytime.
South-west winds will blow.
