Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry and clowdy on January 13, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Fog is expected in the morning.
Temperatures will range between 1 C and 3 C below at night and 6 C and 10 C in the daytime.
Strong north-west winds will blow.
