Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly clowdy on January 17, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 1 C and 3 C below at night and 5 C and 8 C in the daytime.
Strong north-west winds will blow.
