Cold weather is expected in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, on January 8, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Snow and fog are expected in some areas.
Temperatures will range between - 2 C below ZERO at night and 0 C in the daytime.
Strong north-west winds will blow.
