Baku weather forecast for Nov. 28

(Baku Daily) - Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on November 28, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is expected is some areas.  

Temperatures will range between 3 C and 5 C at night and 5 C and 7 C in the daytime.North winds will blow.
