Baku will be mostly clowdy on Oct. 13, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is expected in some parts of the Azerbaijani capital.
Temperatures will fall, ranging between 17C and 19C during the day.
Northeast winds will blow.
