This issue was discussed during a meeting between Dedonder and the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umierov. They also discussed pilot training and the supply of necessary equipment for the aircraft.
"We highly appreciate your unwavering support and full participation in the process of strengthening the defense capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Umierov emphasized.
The ministers discussed the issue of organizing a visit of representatives of the Belgian military-industrial complex to Ukraine early next year.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the total volume of technical assistance from Belgium to the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounts to more than 320 million euros.
