Support for a humanitarian pause to allow the delivery of aid to Gaza is growing in the European Union, Josep Borrel, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, wrote on X. 

"Good news coming from New York. Support for a humanitarian pause to allow the delivery of aid to Gaza is growing in the European Union, in line with our discussion at the Foreign Affairs Council on Monday. All civilian lives are of equal value and all must be protected,” the High Representative said.
