The defense ministers discussed the training of Ukrainian fighters in Britain, the prospects for Ukraine's entry into NATO, the peace formula of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as well as the priorities for arming Ukraine to achieve victory.
"President Putin must realize that he cannot win this illegal war he has unleashed, no matter how many Russian soldiers he sends to death for the sake of his ego and imperial ambitions. He will not succeed, and the international community will only become stronger while confronting this aggression," Wallace said.
He stressed that under the UN Charter, Ukraine has the right to self-defense. The Russian Federation is already beginning to realize that Ukraine's partners will be with Kyiv, and will help with all possible types of weapons, including tanks, Storm Shadow missiles and F-16 fighters for self-defense.
