Regent Holidays travel company, located in Bristol, United Kingdom, is planning to arrange illegal tours to Azerbaijan’s Nagorno-Karabakh region occupied by Armenians, APA reports.

The company announced that group tours to Nagorno-Karabakh will start from May 6 next year. The tour will start from Armenian and last 11 days. The next tour is scheduled for August 28. Tourists are offered tours from Yerevan to Shusha and Khankandi in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The company’s website introduces Nagorno-Karabakh as an ethnic Armenian enclave inside Azerbaijan which declared independent in 1992 - an independence recognized by no one.

Note that the travel company doesn’t organize trips to Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev told APA that the Azerbaijani embassy in the UK will inform the country’s state bodies about the illegal activity of the travel company and take necessary measures in this regard.
