On February 1, the weather will be primarily dry in the districts of Azerbaijan. It will be foggy in some districts during the morning and evening hours. West wind will intensify in some places.
The temperature will be -2 - +3 C at night, +9 - +14 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be -3 - -8 C at night, and 2 - -7 C in the daytime
