As of May 21, Azerbaijani citizens can travel by private car to the liberated cities of Khankendi, Khojaly and other areas under the framework of the “Great Return” program.

According to the updated travel rules, access is now permitted to Aghdam, Fuzuli, Khojavend, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Khankendi, Khojaly and Aghdara. Previously, travel permits covered only Shusha, Lachin, and Sugovushan.

Permits issued through the “Yolumuz Qarabağa” portal are valid for two days. Each private car can be registered for up to nine people, including the driver. Travelers are required to follow landmine safety rules and remain on designated routes after passing relevant security checks.

The portal also provides information on hotels and other accommodation in the destination areas.
