Bolt: No reason for drivers to reject card payment rides

Ride-hailing company Bolt, operating in Azerbaijan, has introduced measures to prevent drivers from cancelling trips when passengers choose to pay by bank card.
The company told Trend that cancelling rides due to card payments is unacceptable. Complaints can be filed through the app, and if verified, action is taken against the driver.
Bolt said drivers have no valid reason to refuse card-payment trips, as earnings can be withdrawn daily to bank accounts.
According to the company, each violation may result in a fine of up to 50 manats, and repeated breaches could lead to drivers being restricted or blocked from the platform.
