Bakcell and the Youth Foundation Announce "Innovation and AI" Scholarship Program

The innovation leader Bakcell, in partnership with the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has launched a new scholarship program designed to foster innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital skill development among young people.

The program was officially introduced with the signing of a Statement of Understanding on Partnership between Klaus Mueller, CEO of Bakcell, and Yusif Valiyev, Acting Executive Director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The event was attended by over 300 guests, including representatives from various government agencies and youth organizations.

The scholarship aims to cultivate an innovative mindset and enhance AI-driven technological proficiency among youth. Scholarship recipients will gain practical expertise in the "jobs of the future," such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Programming, and UI/UX Design.

This joint initiative is dedicated to unlocking the potential of young talent, strengthening the local innovation ecosystem, and shaping the next generation of specialists. A total of 150 young people are expected to benefit from the program throughout the training period.

Application Details: Young individuals aged 18–29 with foundational IT knowledge are invited to apply via the //youthfoundation.az/ website. The application deadline is February 16.
