Huge white balloons poised far into the sky, with the image of Heydar Aliyev on the perimeter of the Palace of Heydar Aliyev parks and along streets and Fizuli and Sh. Badalbayli . Traffic for pedestrians and vehicles is blocked in the center of the capital in connection with the  birthday of Heydar Aliyev .

Tons of flowers from around the world gathered in parks and squares are designed to show people the joy of this event.

By 11 o'clock  Ilham  Aliyev is to  visit the festival, and then ordinary citizens will be  allowed  to go to the parks and enjoy of the holiday.

Those who wants continuation  of this fun  should go to the Boulevard to the concert, and see the fireworks in honor of the 91 anniversary of Heydar Aliyev.
