China's Xi to visit Russia on March 20-22

Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit Russia on March 20-22, the press service of the Kremlin said in a statement.

Reported from Russian media that the visit will take place at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A number of bilateral documents are expected to be signed as part of the visit.

During the talks, the sides will discuss pressing issues of the further development of relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction between Russia and China. An exchange of views in terms of deepening the Russian-Chinese cooperation in the international arena is also scheduled, the statement says.
