Crocus Group’s Vegas 2 will include circus, VP says
The Vegas Two shopping and entertainment complex under construction in southwestern Moscow will include a circus, said Emin Agalarov, vice president of Crocus Group.The circus will open in the spring of 2014, Agalarov said in an interview with Izvestia newspaper. Construction of the Vegas Two started in 2012. It is estimated to cost $300 million. Emin’s father, Aras Agalarov, is one of the biggest developers in Russia. He got his start trading computers, but saw greater business potential in trade fairs, according to Forbes.In 1988 Agalarov established Crocus, which became one of the country's largest trade-fair operators. He also started Crocus Inter, a company with retail malls including the luxurious Crocus City Mall, a "city of boutiques" in Moscow.
Agalarov was worth $1.8 billion as of March 2013 according to Forbes.
