The report notes that the difficult economic situation, increased poverty, inflation, demographics, mass migration brought socio-economic situation in Armenia to the explosive state.
"In contrast to Armenia, as well as readiness and morale of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan are the focus of the state and its leadership, the improvement of social conditions and logistical troops are also under the direct care and attention of the president, the Supreme Commander armed Forces Ilham Aliyev."
The report notes that the Armenian side that emerged in late July - early August, significant casualties on the frontline, still can not get over this: "The military regime of the enemy side, as always, continues to force available to the public incorrect information and keeps society in an information vacuum. Military-political regime in Armenia, who turned away many international economic projects, instead of solving internal problems, distracting the Armenian people from the main issues, prefers to blame the Azerbaijani side. "
The report also notes that the concentration of military capabilities and the Armenian economy is completely in the hands of some military circles, the lack of readiness of military equipment and weapons, and their aging with tactical and technical point of view, the incomplete formation of the system of professional military education, lack of discipline, the presence of corruption, non-combat losses and infectious diseases in the army, the rapid increase in the number of draft dodgers from the call associated with the demographic situation of the number of soldiers in the army and on the front, and in this regard the use of non-professional local population instead, engaging in the army under the guise of transition to contract service members of armed groups, controlled by various oligarchic circles with a criminal record - all this openly shows the position of the sphere of military security in the neighboring country.
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry does not take seriously a statement the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, and evaluates it as a consolation addressed disgruntled Armenian society, staying in dejection on the capacity of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, which continues to grow thanks to the care of the president, the supreme commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev.
