Depth of the earthquake's epicenter saved from destruction

İn 16 15 on 10 February and earthquake was recorded in Azerbaijan. Tremors were felt in Baku at a force of 4-4.5 points. Furniture moved and chandeliers swayed in apartments.

Strong tremors were felt also in the northern and southern parts of the country.

According to the Seismological Service of the National Academy, the epicenter of the earthquake was 41 km from the town Saattly where strength of the shocks was about 5 points.

Power of the shocks gradually weakened as the distance from the epicenter increased.

Reports of casualties or damage have not come yet.
