Ukraine will get F-16 fighter jets as soon as possible, Defense Minister of the Netherlands Kajsa Ollongren said in a statement to journalists.

She said that for this the necessary conditions must be fulfilled first: "It is about the preparation of pilots, technicians and infrastructure."

The minister confirmed that training for pilots has already started.
