Russian president Vladimir Putin is in Cairo for a state visit and meeting of minds with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
His arrival was heralded by some unusually high profile posters of a foreign leader on the streets of the capital.
Putin’s visit has included highlights such as a romantic dinner for two with views of the city.
But by far the best moment for observers so far is the Egyptian military band’s attempt at simulating the sound a swarm of angry bees would make.
