Azerbaijani Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, held a meeting with Wang Bin, President of China's PowerChina Group, to discuss energy cooperation and joint renewable energy projects, Report informs, citing Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan.

The meeting emphasized key aspects of Azerbaijan's economic development strategy, including attracting investments to the energy sector, boosting renewable energy efficiency, and increasing the share of alternative energy sources.

The parties exchanged views on collaboration with PowerChina Group, focusing on investment opportunities and the implementation of renewable energy initiatives.
