Russian drones struck Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR’s terminals in Odesa overnight Monday, as well as a terminal belonging to Ukraine’s Nova Poshta postal service, Ukrainian media and Telegram channels reported.

According to local outlet Dumska, most of the Shahed drones were directed at a single location, causing a major fire in the suburbs of Odesa. Residential buildings were also damaged. No official information on casualties or damage has been released yet.

It marks the second attack on SOCAR facilities in the region this month. On August 6, Russian forces also targeted a SOCAR oil depot in Odesa.
