Dollar steady, euro rises, ruble declines

 The Central Bank of Azerbaijan kept the official exchange rate for the U.S. dollar unchanged at 1.7000 manats on August 18.

The euro appreciated by 0.39% to 1.9904 manats, while the rate for 100 Russian rubles fell by 0.5% to 2.1210 manats, the bank reported.
