On August 19, Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), met with Mikael Kruse, Global Head of Energy, Utilities, and Resources at the consulting firm Arthur D. Little, the company reported.

The meeting focused on strategic energy projects, digital transformation, application of artificial intelligence technologies, and the development of renewable energy sources.

Arthur D. Little is the world’s oldest management consulting firm, founded in 1886 in Boston by chemist Arthur Dehon Little. Today, the company operates a global network in more than 40 countries.

SOCAR and Arthur D. Little have previously cooperated, with the firm advising SOCAR on energy strategy, innovation management, and operational optimization — topics that were revisited during this latest meeting.
