Azerbaijan’s non-performing loans rise to 544.8 million manats
Non-performing loans (NPLs) in Azerbaijan reached 544.8 million manats as of November 1, up 3.2% from a month earlier, the Central Bank said.
Since the beginning of the year, the volume of NPLs has increased by 21.3%, and by 13.55% over the past 12 months.
The share of overdue loans in the banking sector’s total credit portfolio stood at 1.7% at the end of October, unchanged from September. At the end of 2024, the ratio was 1.5%.
