Bir Ecosystem launches another initiative in Karabakh: new office for m10 and MilliÖn telesales services opens in Fuzuli
Bir Ecosystem, recognized for its significant contribution to the country’s economic development, particularly in the process of restoring and revitalizing Karabakh, has implemented another initiative aimed at bringing life back to the liberated territories. Recently, in the city of Fuzuli, a new office for the telesales services m10 and MilliÖn was inaugurated within the framework of the “Qayıt İş” project. The project was carried out with the support of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population ot the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Aliyev, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts Emin Huseynov, the Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency Sadiq Aliyev and official representatives of the Bir Ecosystem – the Chairman of the Board of Kapital Bank Farid Huseynov, and the Chief Executive Officer of PashaPay Samir Mammadov.
Commenting on the project, Sadiq Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency, highly appreciated the opening of new enterprises, emphasizing their contribution to sustainable settlement in Karabakh. He noted that the “Qayıt İş” project, being a model example of state-private sector cooperation, not only aims to create new jobs but also contributes to the socio-economic development of Fuzuli district, supporting sustainable employment for resettled residents in their native land. According to Sadiq Aliyev, such initiatives will continue to receive support, and services ensuring employment for citizens returning to their home regions will be provided on an ongoing basis.
Farid Huseynov, Chairman of the Board of Kapital Bank and official representative of the Bir Ecosystem, called this initiative a vivid example of successful public-private partnership. “Every trip we make to Karabakh brings a special feeling: one can sense the energy of renewal and the rhythm of revival here. This time, the Bir Ecosystem has implemented yet another initiative on our native land. In Fuzuli, we opened a new office for the telesales services m10 and MilliÖn. What matters most to us is that all young employees of the office are residents of Fuzuli who have returned to their hometown. It is especially important for us that they build their careers and plan their future right here. This is not just a project, it is a real value. Overall, our goal is to contribute, as a private sector entity, to the large-scale restoration process being carried out by the state in Karabakh and to become an active participant in the new economic life emerging here” he said.
The project aims to create sustainable jobs for residents returning to the region and to strengthen digital payment services in Karabakh. In line with this mission, employees of the new office were selected from among Fuzuli residents. The State Employment Agency assigned 14 city residents who returned to their hometown following the historic victory, and they have already joined the ecosystem team as office staff. The team is expected to grow to 20 members in the near future.
