The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude oil fell by nearly $4 per barrel as global oil markets declined.

Azeri Light crude on a CIF basis dropped by $3.95, or 4.36%, to $86.55 per barrel, while the FOB price at Türkiye’s Ceyhan port fell by $3.93 to $84.30 per barrel, according to market data. Despite the decline, the price remains well above the $65 per barrel assumption used in Azerbaijan’s 2026 state budget.
