Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoganhas traveled to Kahramanmaras to get acquainted with the situation in the disaster zone, reported from Anadolu Agency.

A state of emergency was declared in 10 provinces of Turkiye. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that this regime will be in force for three months.

Earlier, the country announced seven days of mourning in memory of those killed in the earthquake.
