EU approves ban on access to number of Russian media from June 25

The EU Council has officially approved a ban on access to four Russian media outlets on its territory - RIA Novosti, Izvestia, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Voice of Europe, according to a document published in the official journal of the EU, according to the information.

Restrictive measures will be applied to these organizations from June 25, 2024, the text says.
