The EU Council has extended sanctions against Russia for six months, until July 31, 2024, reads the statement of the EU Council.

The EU also expanded the list of personal sanctions and introduced restrictions, in particular, against the Safe Internet League and its head Ekaterina Mizulina.

The lists include three representatives of the Russian judicial system responsible for serious violations of human rights, according to the report. The lists also include the Safe Internet League and its chairperson Ekaterina Mizulina, the document states.
