The European Union will allocate 270 million euros in grants to Armenia over four years, the head of the European Commission Ursula Von der Leyen said in Brussels at a meeting in the EU-US-Armenia format.

She said the EU is fulfilling the promise made to Armenia last October.

Von der Leyen also noted that the EU welcomes Armenia's efforts in the fight against circumventing sanctions against Russia.
