The EU believes the damage to Ukraine's energy infrastructure is approaching a critical point and is working non-stop to support the country's energy supply, European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarcic wrote on Twitter, reported from TASS. 

"The destruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure is reaching a critical point. The EU is working uninterruptedly to help sustain its electricity supply," he wrote.
