Eversendai Corp Bhd has incorporated a wholly-owned unit, Eversendai Engineering Ltd Liability Co, in Azerbaijan with an authorised and issued share capital of RM410,000, Bernama reported.

"The unit will be principally engaged in the provision of businesses relating to engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication services," said Eversendai in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
