Georgian parliament speaker visits Baku

The speaker of Georgian parliament, Davit Usupashvili, visited Azerbaijan on July 6 for a three-day visit.

During the visit, Usupashvili will meet his Azerbaijani counterpart, Oqtay Asadov, as well as Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, according to the Georgian parliament’s press office.

The Georgian parliamentary delegation visiting Baku includes lawmakers from the ruling Georgian Dream coalition, vice-speaker Zviad Dzidziguri; chairman of the foreign affairs committee Tedo Japaridze; chairman of the sector economy committee Zurab Tkemaladze; chairman of the committee for diaspora and Caucasus issues Gubaz Sanikidze, among others.
