German Chancellor calls on Russia to withdraw troops from Ukraine

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine, reported from foreign media.

He expressed the importance of withdrawing Russia's troops from Ukraine in order to start negotiations.

The chancellor said that an agreement could only be reached with the participation of Kyiv.

Scholz also condemned the war unleashed by Russia.
