Greece plans to conclude the sale of a 66 percent stake in its natural gas grid operator DESFA to Azerbaijan's SOCAR by the end of the year, it's energy minister said on Thursday.
Energy Minister Panos Skourletis also said the country did not plan to sell a stake in Greece's biggest oil refiner Hellenic Petroleum HEPr.AT or other firms in which the state holds a significant stake.
Hellenic Petroleum was among privatisations Greece had said it would consider under it's EU/IMF bailout.
