Bodybuilder with 25in biceps dances with death injecting fatal filler

Romario Dos Santos Alves spent months packing his body with a concoction of alcohol, oil and painkillers to boost build up his arms.
But now two years on, the Brazilian has turned his back on the unhealthy obsession – saying he values his life too much to go on.
The 25-year-old bodybuilder, whose biceps size up at 25inches round, says his future now holds nothing but worries.
His kids are afraid of him.
He faces a list of long-term health conditions.
And after all the efforts, doctors have feared he made need his arms amputated.
The married dad-of-one spent months going through his bulking binge.
He admits to even ticking his wife Marisangela into injecting places he could not reach.
He told the Sun: "I lost control and could have died all because I wanted bigger muscles."
Romario, who has not used the substance for two years, says the addiction to the dangerous filler cost him his sanity and almost his life.
He added: "It’s not worth it.”
