Head of the IAEA Rafael Grossi has announced the launch of a program of assistance to Ukraine after the destruction of the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, reported from TASS.

"Today, I am launching a program of assistance to Ukraine in response to the Nova Kakhovka dam flooding, following President Zelenskyy’s request for international assistance,” Grossi tweeted.
