IAEA: No immediate nuclear safety risk at Zaporizhzhia NPP

There is no immediate nuclear safety risk at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant due to the partial destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Twitter.

"IAEA experts at Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant are closely monitoring the situation; no immediate nuclear safety risk at plant," the agency tweeted.
